WBSC Europe announced to its Members that the 2023 General Congress will take place on February 11, 2023, in Belgrade, Serbia.

The capital of Serbia, Belgrade, will host the 2023 WBSC Europe General Congress, the sixth since the establishment of the World Baseball Softball Confederation Europe in 2018.
