Great Britain assigned to Group B for the 2023 European Championships

WBSC Europe has announced that the Great Britain Senior National Baseball Team has been assigned to Group B for the 2023 European Championships, which will take place in September 2023.

The event will be held in the Czech Republic from September 24th to October 1st, 2023, as the summer highlight on the WBSC European Baseball events calendar.

Great Britain will compete in Group B alongside Italy, Sweden and Hungary.

The event will feature up to eight games per day, with sixteen different teams grouped into groups of four. The top two teams from each group advance to the Quarterfinals.

Great Britain was seeded alongside Croatia, Belgium, and fellow WBC qualifier the Czech Republic.
