BBF appoints new Youth Commissioner

Glenn Taylor has been appointed as the British Baseball Federation’s Youth Commissioner.

Glenn will be responsible for the development of youth baseball across the country and will take the lead in achieving the national governing body’s targets for growth in the Our Future strategy.

He has been involved in baseball through his own and his family’s experiences since the 1980s and knows how important an increase in organised youth baseball is to the development of the British game.

“We need to get more young people playing more games in every corner of the country and make sure baseball truly is for everyone,” said Glenn, who takes up the reins immediately. “Further, an increase in young people playing from an early age can only benefit the future of our domestic clubs and help develop the future of GB Baseball.”
