CLUB REGISTRATION 2025

We are delighted to be able to open club and team registration for 2025 from Monday 9th December. The key reason for this is to avoid the rush in the New Year and give clubs and the senior leagues committee more time to prepare for the season.

For the first time, clubs will be able to register through Sport:80.

CLUBS THAT REGISTERED IN 2024

Those clubs that registered 2024 through the ZOHO form, should have the bulk of the information required already in their affiliation section as it was transferred last year.

For existing clubs it is just a case if making sure this information is current. You will also need to make sure that your field location information is accurate and includes all your playing fields.

You will also need to upload your club logo. This will be a one off request unless there are changes in the future.

The registration and affiliation will need to be completed by each club’s Sport:80 admin, logging on in the normal way.

When accessed Sport:80, please select your club profile. Within the navigation bar on the left hand side, please select 'Club Affiliation' then a new page will open. Please select 'Add Club Affiliation' on the right hand sight of the screen.

Once the screen loads, please then proceed with completing the required information within each page before moving onto the next page.

Once you get to the end of the process and registered, you should receive a notification to upload your constitution if one is not already on the system. You can do this from your profile under the documents heading.

For further information and guide to completing the affiliation process, please follow the resources that are available on the BBF Sport:80 section of the website https://www.britishbaseball.org.uk/sport-80

If you need support, please contact the Sport:80 team using the contact support button on the bottom right of the screen.

NEW CLUBS WANTING TO REGISTER WITH THE BBF

Clubs that are wishing to register with the BBF for the first time in 2025 will need to take the following steps.

Your club lead will need to register on Sport:80 as an individual, set themselves up as a club super admin, then set up the club and then complete the affiliation process.

The link below will take you to the site so you can register yourself as an individual and start the process.

Guidance for setting up new clubs can be found here https://www.britishbaseball.org.uk/sport-80

From 2026, you will only need to update information rather than start again from scratch.

PAYMENT

Clubs will not need to pay anything at the time they register. Each club will receive an invoice from the BBF between the registration cut off date and the start of the season. Payment will be due 30 days from the date of the invoice.

INDIVIDUAL PLAYER AND PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION 2026

This will open on 1st January 2025 for adults and youth members with reminders to go out during the week of the 6th January. People who selected auto-renewal in 2024 will receive a notification in advance of their due date.

As last year, people can only play during the season if they are rostered via the MyWBSC platform in advance of their first game. They will only be allowed to be rostered if they have registered through Sport:80
.

Information about how to register individuals is available here https://www.britishbaseball.org.uk/sport-80

For further help on any Sport:80 issues please contact the help team through the support button in the bottom right of the screen in the first instance.
