Individual Participant Registration is live
The new Individual Participant Registration system is now live.
Instruction emails have been sent to all club leads for distribution to club players, scorers, umpires and coaches but people are able to register through the link below.
As you will be aware and as approved at the BBF Annual General Meeting, we are introducing Sport:80 as our individual participant registration system.
This will benefit the whole community in terms of NGB and club administration, safeguarding, coach and umpire development and data integrity.
This will enable clubs to ensure their players are registered as required before their first game of the season and rostered to a team in MyWBSC (the team admin access request form for MyWBSC was sent from mywbsc@britishbaseball.org.uk to clubs last Wednesday.
The IPR registration process is shown below.

Each person will only have to register once even if they hold multiple positions within your club.
Please note that the registration process is only complete once the membership payment has been made.
Register through the link BBF Sport:80 using ‘Create an account’.
Login to the created account.
NB Under 18s will need their parent or guardian to register or if the under 18 person, creates an account, the parent or guardian has to complete it.
Add the Individual Membership to your account and complete the required information (membership form).
Select the club you will be playing for in 2024 from a drop-down menu. If you play for a WBL team as well as an adult mixed club, please use the “+add another button”. Please note if you play for more than one club, you only have to pay one membership fee.
Out of the Park please make sure to tick the opt-in box if you wish to be part of the Out of the Park (OOTP) baseball management game – for further information see our news article about BBF’s partnership with OOTP. Leave unticked if you do not wish to be included in the game in 2024.
Proceed to checkout and pay the appropriate fee.
Membership fees:
Adult – player, coach, umpire, scorer: £25
Youth – Under 18: £12.50
Full-Time Student – 18-25: £12.50 (please note that you will have to upload your Student Card)
There is no need to complete the extra sections (coaching, DBS, umpires etc) as this will be done in due course and we will notify you and registered participants of updates to the system and their profiles, as necessary.
There will be open ‘Drop-in’ Sessions hosted by BSUK for club admins starting on 2 April twice a week for 3 weeks on a Tuesday and Thursday from 18.00 to 19.00 on Teams, to answer any Sport:80 questions club admins may have.
