Commenting on the squad, Head Coach Ian Griebenow said:

We have managed to assemble a really strong team from all the available athletes. I’m very grateful to all the players, their families and our coaches for making themselves available.”

“This is the first time that GB has played in the A Group at U15 level and we believe that we can have a strong competition. Our squad has had a great preparation which started with talent identification in various parts of the UK, weekly training hosted at Coventry as part of the BBF/GB winter programme, various sessions at the 108, and competition preparation at the London Tournament hosted by Croydon. We will be having a training camp in Italy as well. I know the players will be giving it their all with potential qualification for the U15 World Cup on the line.”
