The Women’s Baseball Mix & Match 2026 is designed to be flexible, welcoming, and competitive — whether you’re brand new or experienced.

You can register for as many (or as few) events as you like. No long-term commitment required.

How It Works

Register Per Event

You must register individually for each weekend event you want to play in.

You can play in one event, multiple events, or all of them. See the below dates and locations of each events

Weekend Format

Each weekend’s format depends on the number of registered players:

More registrations = more teams

Fewer registrations = fewer teams

This ensures balanced squads and meaningful game time every event.

Each event is organised by the regional heads, who:

• Arrange fields and logistics
• Finalise squads
• Communicate key details

What Happens After You Register?

Complete the registration form.

The regional head will contact you for:

• Any additional information needed
• Payment details (participation fee is set by the host club)
• Registration closes 10 days before the event.
• You’ll receive confirmation and event details 7 days before the event.

Playoffs Format

At the end of the season, the playoffs will bring together:

One All-Star Team from each region

Playoff structure:

Round-robin tournament (1.5-hour games)

Top two teams advance to a 1.5-hour final

Competitive, exciting, and a chance to represent your region.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to attend every month?

No. You register month-by-month. Play when it suits you.

Can I register for a region I don’t live in?

Yes. You can choose the region you want to play in each month (travel and availability permitting).

What if I miss the registration deadline?

Late registrations are not guaranteed. You can email the organiser, but squads may already be finalised.

I’m new / haven’t played in a while — can I join?

Absolutely. When you register, we’ll ask about your experience level to help balance teams. All levels are welcome.
