How to set up and affiliate a new club

In order to setup a new club on Sport:80 please follow the guidance below.

• Individual Registration – a club lead must set up an individual membership on the system before setting up their club. For guidance on how to set up your ‘individual membership’ please click here.  
• Setup Club – Once you’ve completed your ‘individual registration’ you can then proceed to setup your club. Within the menu options on the left-hand side, please click on ‘Setup Club’ at the bottom. Please follow the process on each page and complete the required information to register your club. 
• Club Affiliation – Once you’ve set up your club and selected yourself as a ‘Super Admin’. You can then follow the process to ‘Affiliate’ your club using the guidance by clicking here.  

How to upload your DBS certificate

This guide covers the process of uploading DBS Certificates and adding the Update Service to user profiles. This guide is for: 

• Coaches – recommended for all, but required for any coach working with any U18 players 

• Safeguarding/Welfare Officers (Club, League or Team level) 

• Federation Officials (Board members and national volunteers) 

• National Team Management (coaches, athlete support staff, officials, and managers)
