TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH BASEBALL FEDERATION
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the British Baseball Federation has been called by the Voting Members in accordance with clause 6.5 of the BBF Constitution.
The request was submitted by more than the forty percent (40%) of Voting Members required by the Constitution, states the purpose of the meeting, and sets out the motions to be put. It has been validated by the Federation and the Board is convening the meeting accordingly.
The virtual meeting will take place on Monday 14th September at 8pm with joining details to be issued to voting members shortly.
