The British Baseball Federation (BBF) invites applications for Head Coach positions across our national teams. These part-time voluntary roles offer the chance to lead high-performance programmes that prepare Great Britain athletes to compete successfully at European and world level.
The Role
As Head Coach you will design and deliver an international-standard programme, creating a positive, safe and challenging environment that develops technical, tactical, physical and mental skills. You will lead training camps and competitions, manage staff recruitment and selection processes, and represent Great Britain Baseball with professionalism at home and abroad.
What We’re Looking For
We seek proven leaders with experience coaching at national or elite club level and a track record of tournament success. You will demonstrate exceptional planning and communication skills, strong leadership, and a commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion. Recognised baseball coaching qualifications and the ability to travel internationally are essential.
Key Details
- Location: Remote (UK) with domestic camps and international travel
- Term: Fixed through the international competition cycle, subject to review
- Appointment subject to references, Enhanced DBS clearance and mandatory training
