GB Baseball are delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Galvin as the new Operations Manager of the GB U15 programme, with immediate effect.
Richard is a national-level youth baseball coach based in London with experience in Great Britain National Team environments and European competition. He has recently supported the Great Britain U15 National Team as an Assistant Coach and Bench Coach, before making this transition into Operations and has contributed to international competitions including B Pool success in 2024 and in the 2025 European Championships.
Richard specialises in high-performance youth development, talent identification, and building athlete pathways aligned with national programme standards. GB Baseball
